While the building may appear attractive at first glance, the sound insulation is shockingly poor. From the living room, you can clearly hear the toilet flushing in your neighbor’s bathroom. I’ve heard of cost-cutting on materials, but this level of noise transfer is simply unacceptable.

It is quite amusing how you respond mostly to positive reviews, but not to the negative ones 😁. Please fix your fire alarm, it’s constantly going off during a day and night and driving everyone crazy. Living with this constant disruption is unbearable.

It hasn’t even opened yet, but I already find it quite unlikable. As a resident of the building across the street, I can confidently say that your activities (fire alarm testing and festivities) are poorly managed, and the neighbors are paying the price. For instance, your Christmas carnival has been running for several days now, and those of us in Rose Residence can’t even enjoy our balconies because your MCs are practically shouting (as if using the microphone is not enough), and the music is excessively loud. It’s incredibly disruptive and frustrating, especially when all we want is some peace after a long workweek. Sure, arrange your festivities, but please be mindful of the noise levels and the people living nearby! We don’t have to participate and being disrupted by such high level of noise! This isn’t the first time, either—there have been at least two occasions where loud music was playing nearly the entire Saturday. I also have mentioned fire alarm testing. You have arranged it in the weekend also, stating form early morning, 6 am or 7 am, I believe and it lasted till later afternoon - so thank you for ruining our weekends (it lasted 2 or 3 weeks). BiG DISLIKE to the building management team for not taking this point into consideration and continuously disrupting the peace in the area. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
