Pathetic maintenance of the building and poor service by Damac. Every now and then the parking barrier stops opening. It's been more than a month this is not working. I have complained to the security multiple times and no action has been taken. Other residents in building has also complained about this. Why the hell are we paying high rents for this poor mainted building.

Maintenance is terrible ! We reported a leakage under the sink — maintenance came and “fixed” it, but the issue returned just two weeks later. When it happened again, two people showed up, spent about 10 minutes “looking for the leak,” and then left saying their duty was finished. Now we’re calling maintenance again, and no one is showing up, my kitchen is full of water. It’s absolutely unbelievable. I would never recommend anyone to live or move here.

Rented directly from developer, unit and building poorly maintained - been chasing maintenance requests since we moved - nothing is done for more than three weeks unprofessional - no access to parking yet (3 weeks) and single key for the apartment The typical response contact us with details on fb or “twitter” 😃 with no account details Still nothing happened but good try on saving face

Management needs to take into consideration the parking access issue. As their system is updated, we, as tenants, are required to update our details as well. However, despite doing so, we are still unable to park our vehicle due to ongoing system issues. When a complaint is raised, the team typically takes 4 to 5 days for uploading a number plate into the system, which is highly inconvenient.

Nice building, but it needs better maintenance. Many of us have asked for jacuzzi repairs for over 2 years on the Damac app with no response. Other Damac buildings have upgrades we don't see here. Please invest more in this place for resident comfort as soon as possible.
