The overall experience was nice, brand new flat got at reasonable rent. Never hand any maintenance issues so. Internet connection was an exception. Gym, pool, FM, Parking, Housekeeping was good 👍

Quiet and clean apartment 🥰. Perfect environment to relax with no disturbance. I love the gym and pool side more .

There are serious technical issues in the building. False fire alarms are triggered almost every day. The building management responds to emails and promises to fix the problems, but it never happens. On top of that, there are pest control problems, and cockroaches are not uncommon. Around 60% of parking garage lighting is not working.

Worst construction, leakage problems in most apartments . Even though it's not the tenant's fault they will force tenant's to do maintenance within one week or two (owner of flat has to look for quotation of work, they have to come and look, many problems are there. So can't do the maintenance very fast . Also, it's not sure that the leakage to downfloor apartment is from our restroom, still we have to remove the tiles , bathtub and everything and have to do maintenence). If we don't do within their time limit, they will cut off our water supply. And sadly ours is not the first case in this building. They are making tenant's life miserable. And no use in contacting damac living or anything. Because it's their building problem. Tenant's have to suffer for this in between maintenances
