Loved our stay. Hospitality was beyond exceptional. Food prepared by the chef was delicious and they did amazing to cater to our vegan requirements. Starting from reception, hotel staff, all were incredibly polite and helpful. Pool was just the right size, it wasn't too crowded when we went. Absolutely recommend it

Lovely place and lovely people. The staff overall are tidy, well dressed, good looking and helpful. The guy in the reception was very helpful upon check in. Hotel people are very nice and accommodating. Upon check out, Ms. Raman is very helpful. Good valet service as well. The room is nice and spacious. The kids pool and jacuzzi was wonderful.

Excellent service delivered by MARIO at the hotel's reception. I visited the business centre and was desperately looking to print a very important document. Mario went above and beyond to print my document although I was not a hotel guest AND he was juggling several other tasks at the same time. What a hospitable establishment!!

Had a short stay here, overall is not bad. Front desk was very welcoming and kind, got the room same as picture. However I been slightly disappointed with hygiene. Towels been very over washed grey colour with minor spots, random hair been found as well. In general just need deep cleaning and some touch up for rooms. But for this price it’s a great place.

This hotel deserves a 5+ Such a nice warm welcome from Mr Sai who check-in us in and made sure that all requests were put in place once we arrived. He helped us with all our enquiries and arrangements. Thank you very much Mr Sai. The staff at the Fira Lake restaurant were amazing. From the waiters to the cheffs. Thank you Ankita, Susan, Prashant and all the chef's. The room it self was spacious and very clean. The housekeeping kept everything clean and neat. We will definitely come back again!
