Great location with great views. I lived there for 2 years. I loved my room with the canal & swimming pool view but other than that the Damac management need to work hard to develop this community. Service are very poor. Securities are not doing their jobs properly. The manager is sleeping. Receptionists are rude. Annoying neighbors all over the night. I feel better now moving from this place who makes you pay for services and you get only 60% of them. I am not here crying but you can ask anyone who lives there and hear what they say about DAMAC PRIVE MAISON. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

For business trips it's not suitable appatments at all. You can't have your business meetings in lobby, because there's ALWAYS kindergarten. Nurses get their children not to kids room, but stright to lobby. They are extremely loudly crying, screaming, running, playing, and stuff do nothing. It's strange that staff do not follow their own rules (keep silence, be polite to other guests) and allow nurces do what they want.
