THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER TO LIVE IN! Been in UAE for over 20 years, never ever have I thought a building could be such a nightmare to live in! Last week alone we were stranded in the lobby for 9 hours, because all elevators were flooded with water - SECOND time a pipe breaks in two months! Three elevators to manage a twin tower, and every week at least 1 breaks for four days! Terrible maintenance & terrible management, no sense of safety or security in this place, they pretend they care, but super cheap when in comes to keeping basic facilities working. Cleaning is super bad, dirt can stay in your floor for days! They had an amazing security team before, lost them and hired a gang of employees who cannot even bother greet you back when you wish them a good morning! It’s like they completely avoid you and eye contact, and spend the whole day roaming around and chit chatting! DO NOT RENT AND DO NOT BUY IN THIS PLACE!

Absolutely cheap maintenance & horrible management. The fire Alarm keeps going on even at 2 am and that happens so often and they always say its fire alarm errors that they are working on fixing it but they never do. Gym lights are so broken that it becomes a sleeping area after sunset and they are soooooo cheap & stingy to only fix the broken lights. 70% - 80% of gym light don't work which I have continuesly reported to the management but they never did anything about. Pictures I have attached show how a whole section in the gym literally doesn't have a single light works. Would never recommend anyone to move in. Its my first year to live here & would definitely be the last.

Horrible building.. bad maintenance.. Bad building management.. one elevator broken and never get fixed.. Pipe burst and no resoponsibilities to the tenant.. No AC regular maintenance.. If something broken in your flat, the management and the maintenance team will always said, cannot be fixed, so you need to hire 3rd party...

Good place to stay but terrible neighbors... beautiful views from the 25th floor, but the fire alarm is constantly triggered
