My family and I had an amazing stay at DAMAC MAISON DISTINCTION. We booked a 3-bedroom apartment for 9 nights, and it exceeded our expectations. Mr. Afaq at the reception was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The apartment and the building itself were fantastic. With 8 people staying, we found the apartment spacious and well-equipped with essential amenities like a Washing Machine and Dishwasher. The two rooms were comfortable, and the master bedroom was particularly impressive with its generous size. The two balconies offered a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa, and watching the fountain shows at night from our balcony was a memorable experience. The open kitchen connected to the living room added to the overall convenience and comfort. Moreover, the complimentary bed provided by the hotel was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from Dubai Mall and Dubai Fountain. Carrefour, which was only a 5-minute walk away, made it convenient for us to get groceries and other necessities. The housekeeping service was excellent, attending to all our needs promptly and efficiently. Overall, our family vacation was truly wonderful, and we would like to extend our gratitude to Mr. Afaq for accommodating our requests. We will definitely choose DAMAC MAISON DISTINCTION again for our future visits to Dubai. Highly recommended!

Detailed review after living for almost a year in this building that I definitely wouldn’t recommend for a long-term. Pros: - Nice view from the pool - Good location - Most of the staff is friendly though not really helpful Cons: - Maintenance of the building is one big problem, irresponsible and slow - Building itself is quite old so you can see damages everywhere around it (elevators, doors, walls, pool area etc) - Interior of apartments is very obsolete and furniture is old and bad quality, apartments need a major renewal - Drainage holes in bathrooms draining water backwards so you have puddle all the time in your bathroom (common problem in this building) - Huge construction next to the building which will take at least couple of years more - Gym is small and old, closes very early - Constant problems with elevators that are on repair and not working very often - Pool area is very small and busy so there is not enough space for everyone usually - Bad smell from draining system appears time by time on the floors and inside apartments - Poor soundproofing, you literally can hear your neighbors talking or flushing the toilet - Water pipes leakages happen quite often in the apartments here - Maintenance and security guys can randomly knock at your door anytime any day (including weekends morning) to check something inside the apartment as per their policies which is very disturbing and annoying - New bills for chiller are on tenant and are very high (from myista provider which is known as a bad one) - AC itself doesn’t work really well when it’s becoming hot outside, can take ages to cool the apartment - A lot of bureaucracy with maintenance and security teams which are very slow and sometimes don’t even know their own procedures. You literally can’t do anything in your apartment without their approvals which can take a lot of time and stress you out Overall this building gives good impressions at the first sight (though definitely not a 5-star hotel as claimed) but don’t be fooled by it as all the problems start to catch your eye only after you move here and live for some time.

Generally hotel is wonderful! Great spacious apartments and amazing view from the pool side which is outside, the view is on the Khalifa Tower. For 6 days I was pretty sure that I will come back to this hotel, unfortunately everything has been destroyed by ridiculous charge for apparently damaged towel by my daughter who was eating ice cream and few bits/drops from ice cream dropped on towel. Lady at reception has charged me for that 50Aed. If I have more time I would take this towel to clean in 1min! Because i was running time i just paid and left with massive disappointment! Another fact is that staff at reception had no manners to say hello, good morning everytime we come down to lobby. - as he had half board we had used the same menu ( with choice of 5 meals ) everyday by 7 days which is a bit long to eat the same. - another bad thing is that unclear explanation of half board as one day we have been charged 100AED ( for pizza at 2pm) and another day it was for free as HB. In summary: hotel is well nice but unhappy with staff at reception who charged me ridiculous fine! Next year will look another hotel to stay. - staff on restaurant was nice and friendly which i made comment before.

If you want to experience Dubai's beauty at its finest, Damac Maison Distinction is the place to be. The hotel offers a wonderful full panoramic view of Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountain, and the bustling Downtown Dubai. I felt like I was in a movie, waking up to such an incredible sight every day.

In short “best value for your money” Long detailed review: Stayed here for 4 nights, with family, in 90m3 two bedroom apartment. Apartment is clean, modern, has all the facilities you need, 2 bathrooms + 1 toilet in the living room, daily servicing. Hotel staff is wonderful, fast response, great valet service, breakfast lunch dinner available. Everything is very close, carrefour, caribou, couple of nice restaurant, Burj Khalifa/Dubai mall is 5 min drive. One disadvantage is that at night loud cars are in the area as it is a busy area. Loved the place so much that we extended 1 more night. All the staff in the reception are very helpful. In conclusion, if you are looking for a place to stay in dubai downtown, with reasonable price, look no further.
