Disappointed is the least I can say with DAMAC! This project shows how irresponsible DAMAC is towards the neighboring communities, school and nursery. We have complained numerous times and they are always responding that they are taking the necessary measures. But I doubt any action is being taken. They’re ignorance to the health of the people surrounding & the kids in school & nursery is such a shame!

Phenomenal project on the come up. They are striving to make Lagoons the most unique community in Dubai. Looking forward to it, hopefully it is done in time by 2026 as promised.

The construction work causes massive amounts of dust in Remraam area, the worst affected being the school right at the border of Damac Lagoons. The air quality is exceptionally bad. The entire construction work runs at the expense of those innocent kids that will pay for this with respiratory illnesses for the rest of their life. Despite complaints from multiple people, no attention has been paid and every day is practically a sandstorm. People who buy here are definitely responsible for all this harm to community.

Shame on DAMAC! A careless billionaire company that cannot arrange water-spray their excavation site to prevent dust. Remraam is covered with dust for 6 months now. I bet they don't care about people they will sell their homes to, the same way. A totally ignorant company. We must raise a collective complaint to Dubai municipality to stop this construction.
