One of the most anticipated communities of Dubai in year 2025. Damac Lagoons will strengthen the presence of Damac which already has Damac Hills 1 in the vicinity. Well connected, all retails, schools, Malls, Hospitals within 3km radius will futher enhance the value of property in this community.

I want to raise a complaint against DAMAC How to do ??? they do not answer your calls . do not reply your email no help desk no customer support terrible terribly disgusting I am trying to contact my RM to get my amount which i paid as EOI online from Delhi . Before taking money very prompt reply on whats app .But now do not reply Now i do not want to go forward and want my refund Can any one help

The worst developer in dubai with worst site management, There’s minimal adherence to critical construction standards, with inadequate supervision on site. Quality checks appear superficial, with little regard for structural integrity or longevity. It’s disheartening to see that funds are poured into this development, yet the necessary check-and-balance measures, which ensure a reliable and durable structure, are missing. Essential inspections for workmanship and materials seem neglected, which jeopardizes the overall stability and safety of the project. For anyone considering an investment here, be wary the lack of accountability is alarming.

Phenomenal project on the come up. They are striving to make Lagoons the most unique community in Dubai. Looking forward to it, hopefully it is done in time by 2026 as promised.

I went for a viewing and the security at the main gate, one of the guys was very very rude . And no , not just” doing his job”, he spoke very rudely
