DON'T MOVE IN HERE. *Poor building maintenance *Very poor building cleaning *Chiller is very bad, barely cooling in some days *Fire alarms always running *Security are not supporting many times *Your apartment access card can be suddenly stopped, and they will ask you to wait till morning to activate it. Like that. *Parking lots are missed up, anyone can take any parking, and warned cars stay for months without moving. I actually got a police fine for parking, despite the fact I was parking in the same lot written in my access card. *B2 parking route is a daily test drive, very tight curved route *Fridge is noisy, can disturb your sleep *Gas cooker will ruin everything with black residual *Dining table and chairs are so weak, clearly designed to easily get broken *Appartment lighting is poor *Building reception and halls are amusement park for brookers all the time.

[MANAGEMENT IS NON EXISTENT] [THEY HAVE A MASSIVE PIGEON PROBLEM] Moved here in September/2024 and since day 1 I have problems. The pigeons own the place and leave its remains everywhere. (Photos attached) On one side I have a neighbor that leaves cat litter on his door and makes his balcony as storage and the other side I have piles of pigeons poop. Above all the pigeons living and nesting to the point i can’t put furniture on the balcony. I have tried emailing multiple times, going in person to the office and nothing gets resolved. They just tell you they are going to fix it, but nothing gets ever done. Do NOT move here, specially if you have kids. Last thing I heard is they don’t have the budget to fix the pigeons problem. This place doesn’t deserve a star.

For such an isolated place in the desert, this is a very nice building with good amenities, the pool is amazing. We had a lot of problems in the rooms. So we had to change room. At the reception, some behaviors were unprofessionals. They asked a cash deposit of 1000 AED, or by bank deposit but they told me it could take 45 days to refund. It took less than a week to be honest.

I have experienced the worst management ever in the UAE. They listen with one ear and ignore with the other. Every time I approach the reception, the only response I get is, 'Go to the management office in Tower A,' which makes the presence of reception staff seem pointless. The air conditioning and the water heater are constantly leaking. I've been living here for the past five months and have raised several complaints, but no action has been taken. Now, water is leaking outside my apartment as well, causing a strong, unpleasant smell. The basement parking is a constant headache, dark and poorly maintained, especially the access to the second basement. Very disappointed and just waiting for my contract to end.
