We just started living here, but already a lot of disappointment..the ac almost doesn’t work. Maintenance is helpless. The lowest temperature you can have is 28 degrees. The sinks are blocked. There is no warm water.The apartment is super dirty. They didn’t do deep cleaning for us. The kitchen is too small, the cabinets you have are useless, very deep and doesn’t make any sense. Only one wardrobe, if you are 2 people it will be difficult. Overall do not recommend.Someone is always occupying our parking, no one can solve this. Service is horrible.Reception is not able to answer any questions. DISGUSTING

Im still having 3 months with this company and i don’t recommend this place and also the company name to any one.. bad service bad management bad building ever from the entrance to the apartment ( no valet; no auto doors; no billboys; bad parking; no maintenance; and dirty swimming pool) cause they can not solve our problems they know only to cash out the chaque in time.. Seriously i made many complaints and one of them cause it important it AC ( by receptionist; by phone; and by email.) and no one give a face; we live in sauna wallah.. and if you have any problems in your apartment either you pay or zip your mouth.. cause all the apartments having only one year warranty.. one more thing they don’t have any professional employees nada peach.. so i don’t recommend it and i will not deal any more with this company at all… P.S: pic shows my living room ac( i have same in the tow bad room) it’s catastrophic…;

I live in Celestia A since November 2022. In general I like the building, facilities and room (it's nicely furnished). Things that I dont like so far: 1. I cannot use my balcony. My appartment is on the last floor and there is no roof or smth like this over the balcony. I can see lots of birds living over my balcony, so all trash, feathers, droppings is falling down. Today I found a dead pigeon. I gave up on cleaning. I cannot put chairs or laundry outside. I left a request to clean that roof area for the second time. After my first request nothing changed. 2. Dust in the room. A looot of dust. I hope that AC cleaning will help.

For such an isolated place in the desert, this is a very nice building with good amenities, the pool is amazing. We had a lot of problems in the rooms. So we had to change room. At the reception, some behaviors were unprofessionals. They asked a cash deposit of 1000 AED, or by bank deposit but they told me it could take 45 days to refund. It took less than a week to be honest.

1. First two months it was all good but then cleanliness tossed up in air filled up with cockroaches. 2.Congested parking area upon request the authorities were not even empathetic and made it our mistake to own a SUV.
