Very nice community, clean, calm, perfect for family life, there is a mall, it has every thing you will need it, carefure, pharmacy, restaurants, clinic, many activities for kids, for adults even, we are as Laundry providers, put a special discount for all tenants, owners whom living in this community

Since we moved in many many issues. We had broken pipelines and had to pay 8000 AED DEWA and DAMAC promised to refund. We still expect their refund but they are constantly not refunding. It’s so disappointing! DAMAC hills 2 is so beautiful but the truth is, the quality is horrible, they not can do easy construction works in a basic quality. DAMAC is good in marketing but the truth is that it seems they are not interested in honesty and quality services.

Damac Hills 2 buildings are so amazing building sets for Dubai. You will find so many advantages during living here such own autoparking areas , own garden, common pool, common kindergarten ares etc. The only disadvantage is being far away from city center.

Do not Invest money in DAMAC. They do false promises. I have recently purchased Villa in Damac Hills 2 and at the time of purchase, Mr. Ghiyath and Mr. Rakesh from Sales Team promised me to get me gift voucher of 10k. Now after all payments and handover, these guys are saying, we cannot give. This is ridiculous. How could someone do like this. Totally unacceptable
