Well planned residential tower, with a facade that allows the residents to enjoy the magnificent views towards the creek and Burj khalifa.

It's a very, very noisy area. There are two houses under construction next to this house. The house opposite creek rise 2 is under construction 24/7, even on Sundays, even at night. I cannot rest and sleep in my apartment because it is very noisy. The central park is also noisy and dusty because there is construction going on. I had moved here before this construction started. I really regret that I moved here. There is a very beautiful area and good maintenance, but the 24-hour noise spoils living here.

I loved staying here until they decided to build 2 new towers right infront of these towers. The construction is 24/7 and there’s constant noise even at night, I was woken up at 6.30am by jack hammering. I don’t understand why they didn’t build these towers at the same time as all the other towers were stood up, my balcony is always filthy too from the construction dust.

Im here to share my deep concern and frustration about the ongoing construction activities of the two buildings located in front of my residence at creek rise 1 and 2 .the constant 24/7 hammering noise from these construction sites has been causing significant disturbance and inconvenience to both our daily routine and overall quality of life. The unrelenting noise even in weekends , especially during nighttime hours, has made it incredibly challenging to get proper rest and maintain a productive routine. As a resident of this neighborhood, I believe that it is essential for the local community's well-being and harmony that such construction activities are carried out with sensitivity to the comfort and peace of the existing residents. We’ve placed a request to the relevant authorities and the construction company consider implementing measures to mitigate the noise impact. To include adhering a specific hours of construction, providing adequate sound barriers, or utilizing quieter construction methods where possible , but unfortunately the constructer company are not following the authorities rules and they’re really careless about the residents. I highly don’t recommend this place for rental.
