This place was really quiet and calm. It has small fountain kind of thing where children can play and bath. KFC and small stalls available.for enjoy the evening view and grab a bite. It also has some good play area for kids. Photo lovers would love this place.

I LOVE IT 💖 I LOVE IT ❤️ If you're a sunset chaser, you'll fall in love with this place. I didn't wanna leave. The view, the vibe, and the photo spots. They also have some cute cafe to chill. Enjoy your evening 🌆😁

Super place in Dubai for resting evening and beautiful scenes of sunset in the background of Burj khalifa.. Very luxurious flat of Emaar properties. Very good place for photo shooting, very neet and calm. Now Saturday and Sundays from evening RTA boat service from Dubai festival city

Nicely built with ample close-by parking and good views across the creek It's still under development of course and access will be limited until they complete the green line Metro extension here from Creek Station. I doubt it will happen soon Limited choice of shops / restaurants yet, and expensive of course as they will be screwed to the floor with rent But a nice development in its early days. Really it needs the metro though
