Very great. When I open the gate of my house, there is a park in front of me. I can see the park from my room, so I am grateful to see the children playing. Rooms close to the ground are nice and good. It's quiet and in a good location, and the facilities such as swimming pool and gym are substantial. You can spend comfortably.

Excellent location and exceptional views of the creek park and the soon to become the world tallest tower! The building has excellent facilities, outdoor swimming pool, kids room, events venue and lots of common areas!

The rents in this building are overpriced for no particular reason. You can get a better apartment and a better view in a better location, for the same price if not much less. What upset me the most are the ridiculous asking prices for rents that are almost double of what current tenants are paying. No, I will NOT be fooled by those real estate agents. Do yourself a favor and ask the tenants the average rent BEFORE you rent an apartment or townhouse in this building. THIS IS THEFT.
