Too many false alarms because of fire! We had 6 during the last 4 weeks. Build management unable to fix it. Super bad experience

I'd like to thank security (which I don't know his name yet) and pool life guard named STEPHIN RAJU Who helped me feel safer swimming with my two sons! Someone (names Carl I think) hit my son during swimming, as a parent I told "sorry" to teach him manner but infac that man should have been sorry for this accident! Instead, he showed a face😡 and left pool in anger! He hit a 8 yrs old boy in a recreational pool and was angry? About what? I waited to see if he accepts his responsibility but instead he was leaving. I told him "don't show that face to any child again" and he acted in rage! Dear Raju and other personnel there saved me from his aggressive acts and cooled down atmosphere with a relax smile on face and kind /calm manners. Then security came and checked tge issue for their job. Thanks them all May Creek Edge stay a child friendly place for families. God bless them all
