Very Very Traffic location surround this building. Now building under construction and once it build this location is fully traffic. All weekdays this pafticular location get traffic jammed. Due to one way exit. Mostly all working days Noon 12 to 8pm heavy traffic jam.

Flat prices are too high. So many flats are for resale in property finder. Buyers can't able to resale their flats due to high cost. Damac is making profit. Buyers are losing. Damac should apologize to every buyers and help them in reselling their flats. CONSTRUCTION DELIVERY ALSO DELAYED NO MORE COMPENSATION TO BUYERS.
