Really frustrated with the poor building quality and lack of proper maintenance. This cabinet issue is just one example out of dozens we’ve dealt with. We’ve been reporting it since April 19, clearly said it needed replacing, and they kept delaying. In the end, they just put the same moldy, rotted cabinet back in! Horrible quality, poor maintenance service, delays and no proper following up. like they’re trying to push you out so they can pass this nightmare on to the next tenant.

Peaceful neighborhood with nearby park for outdoor activities. There are no nearby shops, but one grocery store might open this year. The building has digital lock system. Common areas are always neat and clean. However inside our apartment, we had molds due to leaks. Sealants used in the sinks did not last for a year.

It's a nice building with smart systems installed but the walls are so porous that you can hear the neighbours talk. Every night i hear one of the neighbours snoring! There are no drawers in the kitchenette, it's just cabinets.

Excellent location, amazing exterior and interior with lots of facilities like pool, gym, indoor kids play area, bbq area. Kept clean and well maintained.
