This is a beautiful new area, away from public transport and from popular infrastructure (yet). There is one supermarket on the territory, to other establishments (including a pharmacy / cafe) you need to go by car. The villas are clean and tidy, bright, small. Adequate for the price, there are many good rental offers. Area with swimming pools, gym. Closed and secure. Of all the downsides we've come across, it's the terrible agencies/real estate agents. We especially DO NOT recommend Trinity homes - an unprofessional approach, voicing hypothetical agreements as if they were facts, without prior agreement with the owners. We sympathize in advance with those who rent 41 villas in Sun. We lost the deposit due to the actions of this unscrupulous owner, but, fortunately, we will no longer interact with him.
