Maybe will be good building, but prices are quite expensive, 1 bedrooms apartments are not big and not enough wardrobes in apartment

Threw money! We agreed on a deposit, we paid, we issued a document that the deposit could be returned. Then our plans changed, they asked us to return the deposit, the developer said that he would not return it. These are the laws in Dubai. It was Dmak who threw almost all the tourists there. That was a year ago, I'm sure they haven't even started building. I do not recommend dealing with these scammers. Good luck
