The building is modern, high-quality, and truly luxurious. The entrance feels like that of a five-star hotel – elegant and welcoming. The pool and fitness areas are also excellent and perfectly complement the overall impression. There were some initial issues with the previous property management, but they have been fully resolved. The new property manager is dedicated, professional, and ensures everything runs smoothly. My apartment offers a stunning view – truly a highlight!

One of the best buildings in JVC! It is beautiful outside and inside, super clean and the staff are very kind and helpful! Near by parks and dog park! It has an amazing swimming pool, very long and has different depths for real swimmers and beginners, even a small pool for babies :) as well as indoor kids play area. Huge and well equipped gym. We really love it!

Fantastic layouts, lots of storage space, smart lighting and sound, sensor (e.g.: light, motion) integration, and built-in fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The common areas are well equipped and maintained. Specially since the new management came in.

I live here for over a year now and I really love this building! My apartment has such beautiful view of the skyline of Dubai. I love watching the sunsets. Also this building has nice facilities, such as the swimming pool, fitness centre and a kids area. The security is great as well.
