Though all looks nice, clean and tidied up. Dealing with tenants during hectic things is what made me give 2 stars. 4 stars for all, 0 for reception. Water was cut for a while day? With no prior notice. When I asked why water is cut they sent me the notice and when I asked for water supply or a solution as I wasn't notified before. I was asked to adjust. Not a single message of apologies or ownership of their mistake of not notifying someone that water will be cut for a whole day. Lived in Dubai for many years now, never heard of a building that cuts water from 8 to 6 pm. Lucky if you live here for the good days, hopefully you dont encounter such inconveniences.

Staying here since 1 and half years. love the location. metro 10 min walk. market down the building covers almost all daily needs. Highway road connection(D57) 5min. Great sunrise, from my balcony. The only drawback.... paying too much.

Worse building ever!! You cannot enjoy your amenities, the one you paying for! They can kick you out from pool on the middle of the day! Simple things are prohibited there. I’m sorry, but I’m not using a president pool. So I do not recommend anyone to live there. Walls are poor, you can listen what neighbors are talking about, some people are listening music so loud. There are no good maintenance who can fix your issue, I’m still having with my balcony door!

The rooms are fully furnished. The apartment is glam. It’s around 10mins walk from the metro. There are couple of supermarkets nearby. Easy to book a cab as well. Would love to stay here as long as possible.
