Impossible to sleep. Construction sites actives 24/7 around. Property Management also need to improve. Building dirty and glass never clean. Absolutely not worth the price.

Today's viewing was so amazing and welcoming, the design of the belcon and especially the pool & gym of the canal front residence was so amazing and the customer services I received from there were so unbelievable from the Reception at CF 7A( Mr. Mustapha ), he was so amazing towards me, however the Reception at CF 7A was so professional and unique and I really enjoyed the conversation. The canal front residence is a beautiful environment . Due to the design and customs services I received today it's a good place to live.
