am facing significant hardship with the G-03 unit I purchased from Binghatti's Galaxy Project. Due to payment delays and issues with the initial unit, I was forced to accept the G-09 unit after discussions with the company. However, I have not received the SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement) document for the past 3 months. I am deeply disappointed due to the lack of communication and constant uncertainty. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the company representatives, I have not received any clear response. This process has caused me significant financial and emotional distress.
