I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Hotel Boulevard Point, Dubai. I would like to especially thank Cristopher and the housekeeping staff member Soe Thet for their exceptional service. Cristopher was always polite, professional, and attentive to any requests. Soe Thet kept the room spotless every day and paid great attention to detail, which made my stay even more comfortable. Their dedication and positive attitude truly stood out. Thank you both for your hard work and outstanding hospitality!

Very nice building in core downtown Dubai. Connected to the Dubai mall and address fountain views hotel. Location is 10/10. The pool views are incredible. Really nice building and space overall

Brand new Emaar property, located right in the action downtown Dubai. The gym could be bigger but the pool makes up for it! 6 elevator banks = relatively short waiting times. Parking is a bit of a disaster (it's the wild west) but building management is doing their best to prevent others from parking here.

We love living in this tower. Elegant and high end finishing, pool with view of the Burj and Downtown. An enviable view of the sunset every day. Simply awesome!!

This is a 63 storied premium residential tower. It has 293 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats. At present the construction is going on. With in one month the structure will be finish. Interior works in progress now. This building has a great view of Dubai. Very close to Dubai mall. This building has a Direct vehicle access to Dubai mall.
