Although the entrance of the building gives a good first impression with its luxurious design, unfortunately, the rest of the building does not live up to the same standards. The quality of finishes is subpar, and it seems that Emaar has dropped the quality of their construction. As someone who has lived in this building for over three years, I can attest that the apartment layouts leave much to be desired, with cramped bedrooms being a particular issue. Overall, I cannot recommend purchasing a unit in this building. It is clear that more attention needs to be paid to the quality and layout of the apartments, as well as the overall construction of the building. With some improvements, perhaps this building could reach its full potential and provide a better living experience for its residents.

No word of honor! 23 DAYS of waiting for them to release our deposit refund! They promise to give back upon check out until 2-3 days until its 23 days now! 🙄😡 their customer service are very rude!

Can I give a half of a 1 star only? It took 23 days for our security deposit to be refunded. It’s like they want to claim it for no reason. Not gonna book with them anymore.

The place is clean and completely furnished. However, the agent who booked our stay is not accomodating! He is working in Westminster Holiday Homes Rental LLC. It took them 23 days to return my security deposit and their accounts team is not helpful at all! They want to claim my security deposit and they are insisting at first that we didn't frollow the hotel rules! The agent even checked everything before we leave. Will never book to them again.

Very poor management service. It took almost a month to return the security deposit despite having confirm that they will return the sec deposit within 3-4 hrs upon check out after they have inspected the room. And keep telling non-sense excuses. This is ridiculous.
