The entire apartment was full of chemical oder! Smell of damp, the furniture were so old and smelly! Kitchen hardly had any simple stuff, not even a simple cooking knife! I would stay away from this company/property, the management was very poor, if none existence! After pointing out the issue, they claimed "this was a nearly painted property " which I did not see any signs of it! Over all, I would stay away from this property!

Great location. Walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacy, Dubai mall. Apartments very spacious. Host was quick in responding to requests. But issues were about, bathroom sinks or shower that wouldn’t drain well. Toilet flush button is loose and won’t stop the water running after flush unless pressed again. Fridge didn’t work properly and wouldn’t keep things cold and had to use the freezer side that kept things cool like a fridge. Lack of charging ports unless unplug lamps.

Can I give a half of a 1 star only? It took 23 days for our security deposit to be refunded. It’s like they want to claim it for no reason. Not gonna book with them anymore.

The place is clean and completely furnished. However, the agent who booked our stay is not accomodating! He is working in Westminster Holiday Homes Rental LLC. It took them 23 days to return my security deposit and their accounts team is not helpful at all! They want to claim my security deposit and they are insisting at first that we didn't frollow the hotel rules! The agent even checked everything before we leave. Will never book to them again.
