Countless issues since I moved in. - Contract terms changed without informing. Added extra points in the final contract than what's there in the signed contract - Countless maintenance issues since move in. Brand new building, but it's dirty, poor finishing. - Pool not ready still - Parking not ready. Not being able to use the allotted slot. - Apartment was not cleaned before handover. There were urine smell in the washroom. Got it cleaned by myself after being tired of constant followups. Superbad experience overall!
