The AC is literally charging you for usage, on top of a minimum charge, even when you do not use the AC at all. The AC meter is either fraudulent or faulty, and they will not fix it. Late payment charges can be up to 150% of your original bill. It is building management that receives these ripoff charges, and they will not maintain or fix issues. This building is a trap.

The most disgusting security guard ever. They think, they are the owner of the building. No 1, they don't have a single knowledge of manner . \ No 2, they can speak english, but they don't understand. or may be they don't want to understand.
