Nice building with good amenities. Nicely located right next to highway. Only down side is the walls are really thin and you can definitely hear your neighbours talking and the sewage smells and makes the whole unit smell some days. And even in the parking u can smell it sometimes

Hello I am Fareed and I am a Residence in bloom towers since 2 years Negative points 1. Air conditioner so expensive and You need to pay Manthey separate for this one aorund 500 AED for studio and for 1 bedroom 900 AED. 2. No proper insulation between the flats so you can heard your neighbors voice. 3. Flat size very small and congested 4. GYM very small and no proper equipments. 5. Noisy as the building located on the main road And You will never sleep well during night time. Positive points 1. Swimming pool good. Many Thanks. F.

Worst building management, they would never reply to your calls or email. Maintenance is another story of how bad a service can be. One technician checked the light and told me that requirements a replacement and he will come next day to replace it and when I called the reception to ask they told me that he said that I should ask someone from outside to replace it regardless of the fact that he promised to come to replace it and he asked for money and I said that I will definitely pay. They gave me the supervisor number and again no answer. It’s really frustrating to pay a lot of money expecting a good service and you get this in return, I wish I didn’t renew my contract.

No comment on how management is handling things. No matter what issue you have, they never answer any emails… further more they are acting as if they are not managing the building but in the fact they own you lol. Save your money and run… disgusting…. Looks like my issue will have to be solved by dubai municipality….

I’m in love with the place, the view is amazing, friendly staff, lots of parking and two huge pools. Great location in JVC and easy access to Al Khail road 👍🏻
