I didn’t mind living here at first, but everything changed when the landlords raised the rent by over 20K. I was told the only way I could stay was if I paid that price. When I asked for my deposit back, I was denied—even though issues like a blown-out light, broken cupboard hinges (in my unit and others), a leaking ceiling, and mold were already there before I moved in. Instead of fixing the mold properly, they just painted over it. The surrounding area is nice, and the community itself is good. But my experience with Unit 910 and the landlord has been terrible. By law, the increase should’ve only been 5%, but instead, they demanded 25K more. When I tried to renew, they ignored my emails until the exact two-month mark before my lease ended—then I received a “non-renewable” notice. Yet, they still offered for me to stay if I paid the 25K increase. This kind of practice will continue, and I cannot recommend this place. One star. P.S. I want my deposit back!

Park View is located across from the renowned New York University Abu Dhabi and offers 217 hotel apartments, as well as 207 spacious residential units that range from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The building is complete with unique amenities and facilities like its floating infinity swimming pool located thirty meters above ground, on the connecting bridge between the two buildings. In addition to its proximity to New York University Abu Dhabi, Park View is a short drive from a number of major tourist destinations, hotels, golf courses and beaches, including the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Cultural District, as well as the leisure attractions on Yas Island.

The worst area to live. It was nice compound semmed from outside. They have started construction and it’s ongoing 24/7, there is no piece. And it’s not like only constructions cars are outside, you can hear the work from your bed and it’s so bad and noisy that impossible to sleep or focus on any home work. In weekday or weekend they don’t care normal people living and no complains matter. We lived in UAE more than 10 years and it’s not first time having construction next to our door, but because of very bad sound proof system in building, this one effecting you the worst. Stay away from the place if you like normal living.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Mould and Zero customer service or customer care. Moving in in May everything seemed great. Until the whole apartment had mould growing everywhere (floor, walls, ceilings, inside wardrobes, draws) They came to do the works which they said will be a 4/5 HOUR job I'm now currently on DAY 9! I've had to move all of my beloings out of the apartment which is now left sitting in the corridor. There has been no offer for alternative accommodation whilst they sort this out, no laundry service or even updates on what's going on. I have now been informed they will now need another week as the mold is so bad they need to remove the whole kitchen and all the wardrobes throughout the property. I have asked what am I to do, where will I stay what about my belongings and they have completely ignored this. I've asked to break the tenancy due to this outrageous and horrendous service as I am new to the country and have no alternative place to stay. They have again ignored this request too. Save your money and your belongings. Don't Not move here!!! I wouldn't wish what I'm experiencing on anyone. Almost 10days with no accommodation and no alternative place to stay. It's disgusting.
