I’ve lived here for around 3 years the rooms are spacious the house is good in general and the balcony is amazing but the one small problem the ac was weak during the summer

Worst bldg! I’ve been living in Bloom for two years, in which there’s always problems: kitchen water leaking, AC always failing to cool everywhere, bad smell in the bathroom, plate car number not opening, huge honeycomb in my balcony, among others. I’ve always let problems pass because each time I contacted the management they sent maintenance team right away. However, I traveled outside the country and the same day I was flying the ac stopped cooling and bathroom had a bad smell AGAIN, I left my bf the key and team failed to two appointments prior with him to fix it. When they “fixed it” again bathroom water leaking started and my bedroom ceiling had water leaking causing a light explosion. Due to the leaking/explosion ruined my light and bed was full of fungus; not only that… also the whole wardrobe was full of fungus ruining my belongings. Sent emails but no response for a refund. If I travel I expect to find my home just as perfect as I left (even I sent cleaners while outside to maintain the order) and this high price leasing with all these problems makes no sense!! We all want to find peace at home not live concerned, guys really think twice before renting here.

I have lived in it for five years with 5 Jude’s and it was the beast experience every all though I have faced so problems at first but people working at bloom fixed all my issues and did there beast to make it the beast experience every

Water front apartments with great access on Al Bateen Marina. The place has a grocery store, and pharmacy and many other store/ cafes to open soon. Such a great place to live in.. the management of the property is very cooperative.
