Excellent building with state of the art amenities. Conveniently located just near to entry and exit point. Super market and a nice Italian restaurant downstairs. Lush green park in front and back side of the building. Few steps away from circle park and jogging track. Highly recommend for people who wish to stay in convince and comfort.

Fairly impressed by their commitment to cleanliness, the common area is cleaned every day. The building is in a good location, has a grocery & pharmacy nearby. 4 lifts (elevators) out of which 2 are always in working condition.

Not so bad. Too much construction 24 hours, and loud tourists revving their rental cars all throughout the night. This building is not really for families, loud music even until four or five in the morning and even after security he has alerted them they keep continuing. Also, this building management give permission for interior renovation for an apartment and did nothing to advise. The neighbours also was very disturbed from drilling from morning until 5 PM

Great location and amazing building,wonderful view. special mention is to Mannan the lifeguard who my little boy adored, Mannan is such a hardworking, kind, polite staff member who always took the time to have a quick chat with us, he saw my son practicing his swimming underwater with his dad and he explained a technique to him that he’s used ever since, We love how the lifeguards interact with the children. my eldest son lost his goggles and they let him borrow a spare pair no problem and we returned them when we had finished.
