Friendly staff. The receptionists were always helpful, answered all our questions, and spoke several languages. • Delicious breakfast. The breakfast buffet was diverse, with pastries, yogurts, scrambled eggs, sausages, and coffee from a professional machine. It was a great start to the day! The price was perfect for the quality we received. For the money, we got everything we needed and more. • Spotless cleanliness. The room was cleaned daily, and the bed linen and towels were always fresh and clean. We felt very comfortable. • A comfortable bed. Amazingly comfortable orthopedic mattresses and pillows - We slept like babies.

Such an amazing experience. We went to celebrate my mom-in-laws birthday and the staff surprised her without us even informing them. They might have overheard our birthday greeting to her. They are so proactive and sweet. Nice place, nice service, nice food! Excellent!

The resort’s restaurants are truly exceptional — especially Si Ristorante Italiano, where the pasta is freshly made, the desserts are divine, and every detail feels authentic and full of heart. A huge shoutout to our lovely waitress Gagani, who made our evening extra special with her warmth, genuine smile, and flawless service. She’s one of those rare people who truly make you feel at home. 💖 Also, special mention to Pramod at Sim Sim Restaurant, who was absolutely amazing — attentive, kind, and full of positive energy. Breakfast there was such a great start to our day! ☀️🍽️

I enjoyed this hotel, service was amazing. Everyone was warm and welcoming, hospitality is a top notch here. Coming from US, this was really amazing and breath of fresh air!! I would also like to personally thank all the service staff and Chefs. Thank you Pramodh from Sim Sim and Sam from Si Restaurante for their amazing and attentive service. Really grateful and satisfied. I’ll be back next year for sure 👍

We came to this restaurant to celebrate my son’s birthday. From reservation to dinner proper, every thing was very smooth. We were assisted by Mugala and he was very proactive and he has provided us with excellent service. Looking forward to more dinner buffet with sim sim restaurant. Another lady attended us and was very friendly to our toddler. Her name is Sita. 💗
