The hotel staff is very welcoming. From the start we were treated with an Arabic tea in the traditional Arabic manner. The check-in process was smooth and easy. This is definitely thanks to highly trained hotel employees, reflecting high professionalism in every aspect. I would like to express my special thanks to Mr Murod. He has provided an utmost care, attentiveness, politeness, and competence in welcoming my family to the hotel. It was our first time at the hotel that won’t be the last one, for sure. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional hotel and super well managed. The team are extra nice, pay attention to every detail. Impressive. We had dinner at Si, Mario our waiter was great. And the receptionist, Yara was super. Definitely coming again and thank you for the exceptional quality.

There were 6 villas available upon my arrival as it appears online on the website, but they have been told me I have to wait for the villa that the visitor had just checked out to be cleaned while I could use the available villas!! The receptionist did not support to enter early, since there's available villas as I have work to be done, and he told me that I must wait.. The guest should feel comfortable and satisfied with the staff without complications over small issues, as that makes the guest unhappy and does not come back again. We go for business or to have fun and not to see or hear the intricacies of the little things and solution is already there and we don’t want to use it!

- Great resort. - Lobby is amazing, rooms are very clean and staff are really friendly and approachable. - More of a family place. - Pool is packed. - The beach is much quieter and more beautiful. - Not the best place for a solo relaxing trip given how packed the pool is however, it definitely is great for families.

Wonderful somewhat isolated resort in a beautiful beach and garden setting. Perfect for a getaway. The pool is lagoon style and huge so it never feels crowded. Thete are masses of beds and cabanas and pool ettendants fulfil every need. The towels are provided on the beds and when you enter the pool area you get a small cooler with ice and cold water which you can refill as much as you need. This is a very special resort with superb staff, grounds and a superb set of restaurants,we especially enjoyed our two visits to Turtle Bay and we're delighted that such a world class facility is part of the half board basic package. Such a treat to have gourmet food including steak available at no extra cost. The hotel is beautifullt decorated and very clean throughout. We are very happy to recommend this great resort, which has much to offer and it's own glorious beach. We were bowled over when the curtains opened automatically when the door was opened. High tech and it's a lovely touch to have control panels all around the room...
