Binghatti Venus is a modern and well-designed building in JVC! The location is not too good but it has easy access to shops and public transport. The amenities are well-maintained, making it a great choice for both residents and investors. The only possible problem is the size of the apartment as some units are too small, like the most common 1 beds around 572 sqft. Other than that, the quality and finishing are really nice.

The lighting on the exterior of this building is so bright and tacky (the opposite of luxury), and very disturbing to all the buildings surrounding it. We often think we’ve left a light on at home because of the amount of light pollution we get from this building. There should be better laws to protect the urban fabric, community, and the environment.

THE RECEPTIONIST IS VERY BAD ATTITUDE OF THIS BUILDING...... CLEANERS IS ALSO HUMAN, THEY SHOULD NOT WAIT OUTSIDE THIS BUILDING .....!!! THIS IS BAD....!! TELL TO ALL YOUR RESIDENTS DON'T TAKE CLEANER BECAUSE YOUR RECEPTIONIST IS NOT HUMAN.....!!! WAITING OUTSIDE FOR THIS KIND OF VERY HOT WEATHER IS NOT GOOD..... NO HEART....

It’s a beautiful luxury building with beautiful view from both sides specially the golf views, The handover was on time , kitchen appliances are included in each apartment, it’s worth living or for long vacations, location are in the center of everything, recommended for family living and also business, I highly recommend
