Amazing new building in the best area of Silicon Oasis, in front the Silicon Central shopping mall. Big swimming pool and gym. Apartments are big with high-end finish, bright and with big balcony.

This is the worst building EVER , since i moved and am facing different issue every month , Any time you talk to the management they ignore you and ghost you . The building leaks from everywhere, inside apartments leakage , parking leakage, stairs leaking. The heater started to leak and the maintenance changed it , and for 6 months the leaking never stopped, every time i turn the heater on i have to call maintenance to fix it, And the POOL leaking on my car, they gave me another parking then they call police for using the parking that they gave me , CAN you believe that???????? Then the maintenance team ,,,, OMG , i need at least 3 hours to speak about them Only one security his name is Junaid , he is the only one who tries to help and having a good attitude.. Other than that RUN from this building,

Nice place for a small family to live in. It is located just the opposite of Lulu Hypermart and is very convenient to shop for your needs and groceries. There is a bus stop just about two minutes walk from the apartment. It is strategically located as there are cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood.

Unfortunately there is no way to leave without star that is what this building deserves,run away from this building and don't look back l,horrible maintenance,zero acoustic insulation(TV volume?forget it) movie for you will only be viable in the cinema anyway😡want some advice? Run away
