We’ve been living in the building for 1 year. Here is my honest review: Pros: I’ll say this building fits under the affordable luxury category, rent is affordable compared to many places in Dubai right now, and what you get in terms of design and finishings for the money you pay is fair. The maintenance and security staff are very kind and helpful. The building always smells nice and all the common areas are clean and well maintained. Modern design. This part of the neighborhood is pretty quiet, so you go to sleep in silence and wake up with birds singing by your window. There is a Grandiose supermarket in the ground floor. Close to access routes. The pool and gym are pretty and clean. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Mainly young families and young couples living here. Cons: The apartments are smaller that the average, however is something one can live with. There are some humidities in the apartments, but I guess is normal because the weather and AC in Dubai. However, it is a nightmare to get it fixed because it is not clear whose responsibility is to fix it, if Binghatti or the building third party maintenance, we keep calling and sending emails but no one replies. The materials of the doors, kitchen, bathrooms could be better, and the apartments don’t have built in closets, but once again is very fair for the money you pay. The walls are not the thickest ones, sometimes you can hear what’s going on above or next to your apartment.

A great small community. The building could use a fresh coat of paint to fix the peeling exterior, but the people here are friendly and helpful.

One of the best buildings under Binghatti constructions. Swimming Pool, bathroom, Floor corridor and lobby is sunning part of the building. Top floor front view is amazing(Villa and green park view).
