Dear Building Management Team, I would like to bring to your attention a pest issue that requires urgent action. Recently, I found a cockroach inside my apartment šŖ³ I sent you the message about the issue and you told that it is only my problem, not yours. Additionally, now I see a cockroach in the buildingās GYM area šŖ³ This indicates that the issue might not be limited to individual units but could be related to the buildingās overall pest control maintenance. Unfortunately, a lot of small flies šŖ° (drain flies and moth flies). They are EVERYWHERE in the bathroom, in the kitchenā¦ They already were in the apartment when we moved inā¦ We tried to kill them but nothing helpsā¦ And they are not only in the apartment but in the building itself, in the gym as wellā¦ There are A LOT OF them, but especially in the bathroom and in the kitchen šŖ° We are tired of them and nothing helps š I told the management and the answer was āinside the apartment you have to deal with it on your ownā šš Soā¦ I have cockroach in my apartment even if it is not my fault? I think I have to escalate the issue to higher binghatti management.

Overall, the building is decent, but there are a few serious drawbacks that should be considered. The bathroom plumbing is quite poor ā waste often doesnāt flush properly, and the sink frequently gets clogged. In the kitchen area, very cheap materials were used, which is disappointing, especially considering the branding. I also noticed a couple of cockroaches, which is not acceptable for a building of this class. Another downside is the location of the building ā itās far from the main exit street, which makes moving in or transporting things quite inconvenient. Frankly, I expected better quality and service from Binghatti, but unfortunately, it fell short of those expectations!

The apartment is with good standing but the noise isolation is so terrible. Like windows donāt exist at all. Im quite surprised how they didnāt take this in consideration.

Mr Awad is absolutely fantastic! He always greet everyone with a warm smile and go above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. He handle any issues promptly and professionally, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure our building is a welcoming place to live. Amazing building! Big layout smart apartments. Beautiful corridor and lobby design. The manager Mr. Awad is the best. He is very polite and helpful all the time. Iām thankful for the great staff and management team. Regular pest control and maintenance is done. Itās like a five star hotelšš»
