The worst building I lived in. If you are reading good reviews, they are most probably written by real estate agents or owners. Water shortage every two weeks, water leaking, humidity on walls, Fire alarm goes on with no reason every day And while sleeping Which is right over the bed, Balconies (pool view) are useless Because of the noise that is caused by the cooling system on the roof. Not to mention the Very bad smell that comes out of The bathroom. Pool temperature Is always cold. Lifts Always have problems I got stuck in them twice.

I've been living in this house for about a year, I like everything. calm and quiet place. 2 small parks with kid playground nearby and 1 large park 8 minutes away. It's a 15-minute walk to the Circle mall, but only 5 by car.

Binghati Mirage JVC is wonderful addition to Binghati Group. Project is handed over even before scheduled time. Maintenance is excellent. Gym and swimming pool is spacious. Approach is very easy from E311 n E44. Mr Mahmoud Building In charge is particularly needs applaud due to his tremendous efforts keeping property worth Living!!!

Binghatti should update the common area furniture in older buildings. Building new towers doesn’t mean you stop caring for your existing ones.
