Binghati Mirage JVC is wonderful addition to Binghati Group. Project is handed over even before scheduled time. Maintenance is excellent. Gym and swimming pool is spacious. Approach is very easy from E311 n E44. Mr Mahmoud Building In charge is particularly needs applaud due to his tremendous efforts keeping property worth Living!!!

I currently live here and can’t wait till my lease expires. The alarm system goes off every other day especially in the middle of the night waking my kids up. Materials used in building are so subpar that there’s always one issue or the other. A brand new building that’s already falling apart.

I'm really shocked of the positive reviews here! But most probably they're agents or the building management. Coming to the main issue, this building is a disaster! The finishing quality is extremely poor (cracking walls, cracking doors, water leakages, doors that do not close properly, gaps under doors allowing insects in), very weak AC in units that share the AC with the living room, garage parking remote not working, rocks falling from the balcony ceiling, and the list goes on and on. The main problem is the fire alarm (considering everything else is not a problem), the fire alarm goes off around 7-8 times a day, and when it happens the gas is disconnected and no one reconnects it for hours at a time. The building maintenance is on another level, you'll have to beg for something to get fixed or replaced. You're better off paying 10K+ for any other building. Update: Insects are everywhere (building corridors, inside the apartments, balconies...etc). Today i found worms coming out of the balcony's drains, and when i requested the building maintenance to check out the issue and solve it, they sqid that i should contact a pest control company (noting that they are still unable to close the gaps under each and every door of the apartment) :)

Brand new building with high quality materials beside its suitable rent prices. Also its located in a good area in JVC. Building Manager Mr.Mahmoud is also so much helpful and resposible there.

Great developer . Handover on time Very helpful team and esp. Mr mahmoud , he made the handover process smooth and easy . Applaud to all maintenance team , they are always available on call for any request .
