Binghatti Jasmine night time security guy is very rude behaviour no manner how to talk but in a day time guy is very humble and good guy always smile on his face but that night time guy no manner how to behave whole time backbiting orher people back

As a cleaner. Booked by a resident in this building. I need to come on time but since the drop off is early. I need to stay down waiting for the booked time since the client want on time. But so bad experienced that you cannot even sit for few minutes. Staying outside 11:49am unti 12:30 is so unlikely. The temperature is so high. Very bad mindset of whom cannot allow for few minutes sitting down instead of staying outside. Not human maybe who dont feel consideration.

Great building. Quality is amazing. Exterior is very nice and the interior is very modern. The pool area is good - could use more chairs. Neighbors are very friendly. Would definitely recommend

Had my review deleted, but I will write again to warn all of you. AVOID this building at all costs. You will get no sleep, building work everywhere, there’s a constant horrible smell lingering everywhere, you will get no sleep. Impossible place to live, I cannot wait until my lease is up, walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that your neighbours are doing. Awful

Nice aesthetically but constant maintenance issues and lack of correspondence/action from building management. Very stressful.
