Construction noise is unbearable. I feel like I live on site and I’m on the 21st floor. I’m shocked that Binghatti didn’t invest enough in making the balcony doors sound-proof. I haven’t once used the balcony due to all the noise and dust from the construction site. I’m so disappointed that I am even terminating my contract early and moving to a new area !! I haven’t been able to settle and feel at home. For this price point, I would have expected more. Avoid if you want peace of mind !! Sharing some examples of noise during daytime (6pm) and nighttime (3am)

Please don't waste your money and invest in a Binghatti project. I made a big mistake doing this and just a year later at my Binghatti project they had to repair the pool and make it unusable. Terrible construction , quality and the people who keep lying to your face in the office.
