New building . Good amenities : pool , gym in good condition and well done and well maintained . Prices are average for the community . Location not the best , only one entrance and if you want to leave building to go to grocery or something you have to go again all around to enter as only one entrance from big road . Finish quality is average to be honest : cement stains, pool quality of tiles and some construction garbage in tiny corners . A bit angry with agent as per him chiller was included but you have to pay separately at least 500-600 dhs in summer for tiny 1bed for AC + 600 dhs or so of DEWA bill. Located next to busy road also so quite loud most of the time . Lived here for 1 year almost by now , will look for more private location with easier access but overall decent building for the price

The prayer room on the 2nd floor is directly facing the pool without any curtains... weird management lols.... The building overall is nice but parking entrance is at very wrong and weird location. The only way to access it is to enter JVC directly from Al Khail road and that's the only single way to access parking legally.

I had very bad experience this morning I went to check apartment alone my self when I pas reception one no one asked me about anything later on day shift security came up and asked me id and I told him let’s go I will provide you on reception but I asked him why you did not asked me while I pas reception and he talk with me very rudely and zero English he doesn’t know anything he blackmailed me that he will block me from all binghatti building I asked him for what reason no answer then he asked me to show me title deed I showed him in my phone after he asked me for my id I showed him and he took by forced my id picture without even without my approval which one is so bad I asked him that what you did it’s wrong I asked him give me email of Binghhatii and I will send you all the documents what is required but did not he told me he knows what he is doing and took pictures from my personal document by force. Please take action about this man he is so rude and he is blackmailing ppls This security he is from Bangladesh he is speaking in hadi

Binghatti is built for commercial residential so they just want to get the job done. No double glazed windows, and no good insulation. You hear EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME. There construction in front of the building you can’t sleep, there’s renovations above the apartment, you hear everything.
