We took one bed room flat and the deal was to pay 8000AED service charge yearly. After one month they said you need to pay 14000 and the got approval from DLD. It's totally unprofessional behavior from the developer to not stick to their words

The building in general is good, but have to be careful before you receive the keys to the apartment, and before you buy or rent to others, have to make sure of the apartment, because there will be a problems almost everywhere as new building offcourse, for example, the kitchen and toilet has water leaking, as even told this problem has no solution because the engineer did a mistake in the construction and to solve the need a big job, same as the cleanliness of the apartment become bad, for the windows it makes a sound and After I asked the reason, they said this is in such an apartment on the west side. They all have it! This sound exists because the engineer or contractor who installed the window glass was shose a company of poor quality meterual.. and I discovered more problem after I moved inn!!, WHAT STRANGE is no one will reply to your answers, and if someone answers you from the office building as official tells you that Mr. Bilal is responsible for the problems and maintenance after the delivery. Of course, Mr. Bilal will not save you. He tells you to call a company name Kaizen and then the company after did nothing.., so advice before you do not move inn and make sure of everything and take a pledge from them that they will answer you if you need service from them because the apartment has a guarantee A whole year, and we did not complete a week, and there seemed to be problems in the apartment, and no one fixed the problems, and I contacted the management in the Bin Ghati company, and everyone disavowed the matter, unfortunately.. You should see the AC conditioner system how dirty it is actually there is no special cannel for the AC you can smell and see the dust when it’s coming from it. I attach to you pictures of some problems from the first day of receipt, and this date is not fixed, and I got to know such someone in the building told me that they faced the same problems in the building next to Binghatti.
