We took one bed room flat and the deal was to pay 8000AED service charge yearly. After one month they said you need to pay 14000 and the got approval from DLD. It's totally unprofessional behavior from the developer to not stick to their words

The building in general is good, but you have to be careful before you get the keys to the apartment, and before you buy or rent it to others, you have to make sure of the apartment, because there will be problems almost everywhere as a new building off course, For example, the kitchen and toilet has water leaking, as even told this problem has no solution because the engineer made a mistake in the construction and to solve the need a big job, same as the cleanliness of the apartment becomes bad, for the windows it makes a sound and after I asked the reason, they said this is in such an apartment on the west side. They all have it! This sound exists because the engineer or contractor who installed the window glass was shose a company of poor quality meterual..and i discovered more problem after I moved inn!!
