The building no doubt is very beautiful and 1 bedroom apartments are spacious. Pool area is also beautiful but currently there is so much construction noise.

Binghatti Crescent is a massive disappointment. It has the most awful quality of building The building has not much (if any) insulation on the roof. It is leaking everywhere. The ceilings in the bathrooms are collapsing, bedrooms are flooding after just few minutes of rain. The terraces' sliding doors have unstable side panels which just fall off. All windows have such big gaps that the rooms are filling up with water after 10-15mins of rain. The maintenance is not reachable. The 800 numbers are not working. Office numbers are not working. AC isn't working and NOBODY at Binghatti has a clue about smart systems. Everything is just unbelievable. These units will give you the absolute worst experience. Cherry on top is the construction around - dust and banging from 6am every single morning. I wish it was possible to give 0 stars or even negative stars.

Worst stay ever in my life. Construction right in front of the building continues even on weekends, noise and dust are terrible. Toilet leaks, dirty building maintenance, don't believe the pictures.

The office on ground level for "handover" that is dealing with current residents and owners is just a pretty scam with people who will not even try to help you and who do not even know what buildings are there in JVC and who is responsible for them. Just avoiding responsibility even with full "Office" of frustrated and deeply upset owners. DISASTER

It has been an amazing experience to live at Binghatti Crescent. The high-end finishes and contemporary style definitely stand out. The pool area is my favorite—it seems like a little resort right in your own backyard. All in all, the modern apartments and tranquil surroundings make it worthwhile.
