⭐⭐☆☆☆ Beautiful Building but Ongoing Construction Noise Affects Comfort Binghatti Creek is a beautiful new building, and we recently moved in. The facilities, lobby, and security staff are all good, and we truly appreciate the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. However, I wasn’t fully aware of the impact of the ongoing construction next door. I initially thought the building would be soundproof, but unfortunately, the noise can be constant at times!even late at night! which makes it difficult to rest or relax. The dust from the site also affects our ability to use the balcony comfortably. It has been quite challenging, especially with my tinnitus, as the continuous noise can be overwhelming. I understand that construction is temporary and part of Dubai’s rapid development, but I hope the management can coordinate with the nearby project to minimize the disturbance, especially during night hours. Also, while the rule about “no major deliveries or works on weekends” is understandable to maintain a peaceful environment, it feels inconsistent when external construction continues nonstop. Overall, the building has great potential and a nice community feel! but I sincerely hope for better noise control soon so residents can fully enjoy their homes.

This review is about Deluxe Holiday Homes!! PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE TAKING ANY APARTMENT FROM THEM!! So me and my family travelled to Dubai during October 2024, this has been the worst ever experience so far. They are extremely unprofessional and charges u additionally even after u have completed all the payments. In addition to this, these are all the issues we faced during our stay. 1. Check in was scheduled @2:00pm. I check out from my previous place with my husband and 1 year old baby before 11:00am. They assured us that the apartment is ready and we can enter by 2:00pm. When we reach the apartment, there were previous residents stuffs still in the apartment. We had to wait till they cleared the stuffs and cleaned the apartment. By the time we were able to check in, it was almost 5:00pm which is simply unacceptable especially after such a tiring day with a small baby. 2. Weeks before our arrival we requested for a cot. Which they charged extra for in addition to the stay amount. Most places provide cot for free. Anyways, It wasn’t ready when we came. And we received it after our baby’s bedtime after 10:00pm. 3. the towel handles in the bathroom were broken and the “smart home” features doesn’t work properly. 4. Water was cut off at night without prior notice so u can imagine how difficult it would be with a baby. 5. All the lifts were not working from night till the next day 3:00pm. And had to use stairs which is so inconvenient when the apartment was in a high floor. 6. And the responses from their customer service is so robotic and i had to repeat myself over and over again regarding the issues because they don’t keep track of customer concerns which is even more frustrating. We had an early flight so during the checkout they said we had to pay them an additional amount which was never mentioned before and without informing they deducted from the deposit. We had to pay AED 2000 as a deposit which they did not return completely saying there were pending payments. No compensation for all these issues were provided and they charged us extra for something we don’t even know. So just don’t bother with them. There are so many good service providers and hosts who actually cares about their customers. This is the most honest review u could ever read and I have screenshots of all the conversations! Hope this helps when u are traveling to Dubai or considering taking an apartment from Deluxe Holiday Homes.
