The fire brigade works 2-3 times a day. At the time of writing this review, we have been getting up every night from her for more than a week. My son has enuresis and my eye twitches. I go to bed thinking: if only today it was calm. The management company makes a helpless gesture and says that these are our problems. Looking forward to a happy day when our contract ends here. In the meantime, I think how to lie my son, where to complain is unclear. I beg you, do not live here, because it will be your biggest mistake and endless trips to a psychologist.

Don't make the mistake I made to move in please people!!! You will regret, this building is seriously in a very bad condition even though it looks new. I am staying here for 5 months and I had several leakages, mold in the apartments, fire alarms followed by gas outages. This place should be free to stay at, no one should have to pay for a trash place like this.... And even though I know many neighbours complain as well, nothing is changing for the last 5 months! Please spend your money wisely, living in this building will never make you happy and gives you a lot of stress......

PLEASE SEE MY POSTED VIDEO, a huge leakage! Know what you sign for in a contract. Please people stay away from this terrible building! The building is new however the finishing of the building is horrible. Many things are broken or leaking, on top of that the fire alarm sounds every week at least 5 times. When this happens expect also the gas to be shut off so no more cooking until the mechanic comes and that takes sometimes a few hours. I regret deeply I committed myself to stay here, thinking of breaking the contract. The staff in the bullring is the only good thing, they are mostly very friendly and helpful but have their hands full of all the trouble happening in the building.

It might look nice outside but stinks inside with bad odour. Noise from the highway is too loud, the security is useless as anyone can go up without permission, service access is pointless as all delivery guys use the tenants lifts - the fire alarm keeps going off nearly every day with very loud sound with no reason even during the night I’ve woken up to the sound in great panic a few times it’s very annoying and distressful - don’t be surprised if smelling other apartments greasy cooking through the AC units, it’s disturbing. Damp patched round the walls which is not healthy at all - Big mistake staying here, never again!
