I’ve been living here for a while, and I’m extremely disappointed. The finishing in the units is horrible—light switches falling apart, bathroom fixtures coming loose, and overall poor workmanship. The fire alarm goes off repeatedly for no reason, sometimes lasting over 30 minutes, with no proper explanation or urgency from management. Speaking of management—they’re unhelpful and dismissive when concerns are raised. I was told the balcony was soundproof, but it’s incredibly noisy at all hours. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality or peace of mind. Another major concern is the overall environment. Many units have 3–4 men living together, which makes the building feel uncomfortable and not ideal for families or women living alone. I definitely would not recommend this building to anyone looking for a peaceful, safe, or high-quality living experience. The cleanliness is miserable. Corridors are dirty and infested with cockroaches, and routine cleaning seems to be ignored entirely.

Not sure why so many reviews, since its handover none of my tenants (I had two different tenants) complaint be anything about the building and they in fact want to renew the contract but I oppose it due to increasing service charges.

Low construction quality. Humidity issues that they can not or don't want to fix. Its not healthy to live there. Avoid Binghatti developers

I recently moved into a new apartment, and I love how modern and sleek it is. The large balconies are a feature and a wonderful place to unwind. The quality of life is greatly improved by modern architecture. Undoubtedly, it's a modern and chic location to live.
