This is our first buying a property in UAE, and We've bought a property in this project. They said handover is Dec 2023, so waiting for 1 year =)) This is very fast for a 30-storey building with more than 600 apartments, so We expect that the quality will be exactly as stated and such quick handover would not affect the quality of work in any way.
