We booked a week at Binghatti through the Airbnb app. Although there weren’t many reviews on Google, there are actually many renters there! There’s parking available, and the security staff are very helpful and understanding. The building is clean, and the pool is large and beautiful. My advice: it’s better to book on the other side of the canal, as reaching Burj Khalifa or Dubai Mall might take longer than it appears on the map.

Very very worst experience here ! No good system for food delivery bike riders here at reception sit one security guard uncle mature they are fool make every riders don't give directly entry 🚫 to service lift elevator his told go out reseption and came from parking area but service lift near reseption

I lived at Binghatti Canal while I was working at Business Bay, and I have easy access to TRA Busses from Business Bay Metro Station, and the bus stop was right down BC. It's a very nice & neat building with the pool, Gym & Kids play Area. From Binghatti Canal it takes roughly 13 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 21 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 19 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 24 minutes to The Walk JBR.* Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 19 minutes' drive and the new Al Maktoum International Airport is roughly 39 minutes' drive. The number of shops and amenities that are within walking distance can greatly affect quality of life and may be a key factor when choosing a place to live. There are dozens of outlets within walking distance of Binghatti Canal. Binghatti Canal has many schools nearby including Hartland International School at 2.0 km and North London Collegiate School Dubai at 2.2 km. Great location close to Dubai downtown. The canal is a perfect location for jogging and night walks. There are multiple apartments for daily rent (use Air BNB for booking). They have parking and security.
