Security are professional, lobby very clean and modern .. one thing i don’t like , that people keep belongings and water bottles out side the apartments which looks not the best.

Seriously, don't even think about renting in this place. The outside might look good, but once you're in, it's a mess. Walls, paint, vents, pipes – everything's a disaster. Maintenance is a joke. Our water heater in the guest bathroom broke down, and it took them 50 minutes to send someone to CLOSE THE PIPES. By then, we had a swimming pool in the whole house. No one here takes responsibility. Water comes out funky colors sometimes. The only good thing is the security employees. The rent? Way too much for what you get. Same goes for the rental company, Authentic Holiday Homes (used to be On Plan Holiday). They've got no clue about being professional. Check out these pics – you'll get what I mean

The security team is fine with residents having over 40 people in their apartment and leaving all of the shoes in the public space. Also, they are fine with candles burning in the corridor, despite that being a fire hazard 🔥

This building is located just besides Marriott Al Jaddaf, Brand new Apartments.Very close to Dubai Mall and Karama.Construction quality is Superb. Binghatti is famous for Large Balconies and amenities.Large Pool with Paddle pool and fully equipped gymnasium.Rents are slightly less than the prevailing rates. The Developer is as well very experienced.
