I dont understand how people complain about this building or JVC, honestly its is a 10/10 here. Mini supermarket downstairs brings everything you want to your doorstep in 3 min. Same with restaurants under the building. Noon minutes takes 15 minutes to get almost anything. Cars get washed for barely any money. Swimming pool is great. Gym can be better, they have to add ice bath & sauna haha. Cleaners come every week which costs also nothing. You live like a king and its way better then downtown or marina. People that tell rumors about JVC, Binghatti, traffic or other bad stuff, its all b*llshit. Its literally the perfect location. Ive viewed many apartments before going here, and anywhere else is way overpriced while you literally get the same quality here, even better then Marina many times. Its literally perfect, nothing to complain, best choice in Dubai.

I’ve been living here for 3 months, so I’d like to share my honest review since I noticed there are many mixed opinions online. During all this time, I haven’t had any issues with the parking area, security, or the common spaces. In fact, I really appreciate that the gym has separate areas for men and women, which my girlfriend loves since it allows her to work out comfortably. I never experienced any problems with bad smells in the social areas, only an occasional light odor near the garbage room on the 12th floor. That’s normal because it’s the garbage room, and even then, the extractors are running 24/7. The staff here are extremely kind and helpful; everyone is always polite and attentive. Yes, you can hear some noise from nearby construction, but that’s something you find everywhere in Dubai since the city is constantly growing. It’s also very easy to contact the security guards. They have a phone number that they always answer, so I don’t understand the complaints about this. Overall, I really enjoyed living here and would choose this building again without hesitation

I just moved in but its really complicated to get anything fixed. Reception has 5 different emails and numbers where to complain or ask help, then those refer me back to build management. I live in the building since 2 weeks, AC and bathroom lights are still not fixed. I asked for a different parking spot, there are currently 80% of the lots are empty, still I was just literally told "NO"and case closed. I wrote again, case automatically closed. Who works at customer service? They create horrible experience for such an expensive building. The apartment smells bad from the drainage system, I experienced this in other Binghatti 's as well. General bad drain smell. I am not happy with the customer service.

I live in this building since May, 2025 I never had a problem with staff or security they are very nice . They have separate ladies gym with water cooler facility which is really good. Swimming pool area is very large and cleaned.

The building management is worse nightmare. I have shifted here 2 days back and there is complete blockage in washrooms where flow is clogged. Even after multiple CRM mail and request there has been absolutely no response yet and reception has no idea what to do. Handover of property in working condition seems to be a big problem here.
