I book the apartment with Waves Holiday Home. They made my stay amazing. Vuk is amazing host. Very helpful and responsive to all my needs. The apartment is nice designed with boho style decor. Very well equipped with coffe machine and even dishwasher. The view from balcony is the best on the Burj Khalifa and fountain show. The location is very good. Very near to Dubai mall and all the attractions. Surrounded by parks, restaurants, supermarkets. The building facilities are very well. Playground for kids. Very nice pool and gym.

Parking is a big big problem, the security is not cooperative, not their mistake they are given strict instructions by management. However location and views of the building are nice. I have lived here for 2 years but moving out because of the building parking problem and management issues, they literally charge money to visit your property and diagnose problems

Low quality security. Security here giving headache instead of helping tenants to solve everyday problems. I would not write this comment if they would just be passive but real problem is that often they bother tenats with their own stupidity: I have my tenancy contract for 2 more months and security, all of a sudden, deactivated my pass cards because of expired trading license of company which apartments are belonged to. What!? How the company`s trading licence related to tenancy contract? While security here protecting tenants from their own apartments random people from the street can easily pass through reception and hypotetically break your door.

Worst Management as there is no parking for visitor, deliveries,furniture move in. Security is very strict as they were instructed by building management they have zero tolerance for anyone, although they are just doing their job. Overall, the view is super cool, and Burj Khalifa view from balconies and bedrooms is awesome.
