Very nice airbnb facility. It’s near by to Burj Khalifa. A small super market and cafe is nearby. Easy to get taxi from this place.

Excellent apartments. cozy, comfortable and most importantly clean. for families or families with children, or even those who want to feel at home, this is the most suitable variant. Everything is there for the convenience of visitors. From the refrigerator to the washing machine and the microwave. There is also a gym and parking. There is a convenience store and a pharmacy nearby. And it's all in minutes from restaurants, shopping malls and the Burj Khalifa. As for the staff at the reception, they are responsive. Just do not confuse this place with a hotel where there is a full-fledged reception. There are apartments here. And the reception is here rather to help with logistical questions or advice. Since the booking, check-in and check-out are handled by the managing office online. So you need to pay attention to the time of check-in and the fact that separately, in addition to renting, you need to scan your documents yourself and send them through their website, which sends a link to it in the receipt and you also need to pay a deposit that is usually refunded 10 days after eviction. Thanks to the staff at the reception for their help and good service. Also, thanks to the office staff who helped solve the deposit issue, since our bank card was not working at the time of check-in. We will definitely come back again.

I book the apartment with Waves Holiday Home. They made my stay amazing. Vuk is amazing host. Very helpful and responsive to all my needs. The apartment is nice designed with boho style decor. Very well equipped with coffe machine and even dishwasher. The view from balcony is the best on the Burj Khalifa and fountain show. The location is very good. Very near to Dubai mall and all the attractions. Surrounded by parks, restaurants, supermarkets. The building facilities are very well. Playground for kids. Very nice pool and gym.

Bad management and security. Unfortunately, my experience in this building was disappointing. They clearly do not understand the meaning of hospitality. I do not recommend it
