Beware of false calls from real estate agents and Ellington team as this building was originally promised to be delivered by march 2022 and still it’s not ready.

Extremely Disappointed with Sales Manager at Ellington who assured me that Handover would happen in March 2022 and mentioned the same on SPA because of which i bought an apartment. Now there is no update and no one is answering my queries. The Sales team is very unprofessional especially Mr. Allen Thomas

The project started in May 2018 and is still officially 62% done. They keep saying it’ll be done in Q1 2023 UPDATE: seems it'll be done in Q3 2023. Huge delay
