Simply the worst junk ever. 30-35% of the time there are maintenance and repairs, because the building is built by amateurs. Now even the pool that is 1.5 years old need to be re-done. So no pool days and for residents having pool view they can listen to construction for 2-3 months. Ellington do not care or answer residents emails. They got hundreds of complaints and answer same standard email to everyone. Stay far away from this building if you want to save your sanity.

The building it's fantastic. Pool area look like a resort, club house and gym are also amazing. BUT, the wall are waaay to thin. I live in a studio and can hear the neighboor speaking at the phone or caughing which is annoying (not blaming the neighbour, not his fault). So maybe for the new constructions, ellington properties should consider the idea to make a bit thicker walls.

Amazing building, best quality apartments in JVC. Very calm and friendly environment. I love the common areas and wifi coverage in Club House and even at the pool. Kids play room is a huge bonus.
