Amazing complex for couples, young families etc. Newly built, the facilities are great and location is favorable. I suspect might be a bit hard now to find a place here.

A very very bad welcoming from the front desk .. i ask for an agent number she gave me an agent called Melly .. I called him he said 75 for one bedroom 4 cheques , he didnt even check on me even if im gonna buy or rent . When i told him that he is not professional talking like that to clients, he hang up the phone and never answer back. I asked the security about his name and the company he works for they refuse to give me and they said that Ellington works only with this agent . A very bad experience and they tried to make the blame on a client ( are you coming here to make problems ? thats what they say ) . Im not a kind of person who writes bad reviews but this agent im sure he is scam .

Perfect finishing and luxurious details. Ellington properties are highly recommended. Invest or rent whenever it's possible.

After a long delay, things are finally looking up. Have moved near the property and the work is happening at great speed. Customer service has turned it around thanks to Paula and her team member Aroosa for responding and clarifying my doubts. Hopefully the handover and the property meets our expectations to keep this rating :) Leena and Wasim were great in making sure we were explained everything Update: Still few delays and confusion with the handover. Hoping things will work out soon Finally got the handover and it was awesome.. Ellington quality is awesome. Customer service could be much better if customers are under promised and over delivered
