Very nice place with good facilities and great location. I enjoyed staying there. Walked everyday to Burj Khalifa and to the metro station. It is more than 30 mins walking so if you do not like walking you can rent a car or take a taxi.

Stay far from these apartments, many faults and irrelevant administration to manage the faults. Overpriced for what they offered!!! Very bad customer service. There are photos to show but trust me at least in my case the apartment was not functioning! Avoid to rent it there are so nice apartments around the area!

Dont fall in this trap! This building is horrible and the developer is horrible as well. and this is my based on experience as a landlord.. My tenant has been suffering from a very bad sewerage smell in the apartment for more than a week and we were not able to know the reason. We have found out that this due to pipes penetrations that are opened to the whole building shaft. That shaft is engaging all plumbing and waste pipes together and bringing whatever bad smells comes from the other building apartment. I have tried to speak to Handover department, and all what they are saying that the apartment is handed over 2 yrs ago and its not our responsibility. Although this is construction defect above the ceiling and it is not accessible to be fixed. This issue is hygienic issue, health issue and fire safety issue. This is by law and by dubai municipality and civil defense. All penetrations must be sealed with a fire silicon I brought a company and dismantled the whole ceiling, duct pipes and cooling unit. Costing more than 5000 and the tenant is living outside in a hotel

Pathetic building, very bad approach, you have to drag your luggage for a distance from the drop off, you have to walk through a shady corridor on the way from the main road. The pool is as good as a toddler's pool. The elevators system is extremely irritating and can keep you stranded if in a rush. In short, avoid if you can.
