I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout my visit. The hotel's sophisticated and alluring design added a touch of luxury to my stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the wellness facilities – the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were incredibly relaxing, and the pool with its stunning view of the Burj Khalifa was a true delight. The building itself offers an incredible panorama, making it a visual treat. All in all, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a blend of comfort, elegance, and breathtaking views.

I stayed here on the night of September 17th and had one of the worst experiences with the receptionist (his name was Rajee or Reggie). My charger broke, and all I asked for was a simple power adapter for two hours to charge my power bank. Instead of helping, he arrogantly refused with a smirk on his face. This is absolutely unacceptable in hospitality. I wasn’t asking for anything expensive or unreasonable — just a basic necessity in a hotel. The way he treated me was disrespectful, inhumane, and shows zero sense of customer service. People like this should not be working in hotels. With that kind of attitude, I would never trust this place again. I will never return, and I strongly advise everyone else to stay away from this hotel.

The service in this building is very bad. The security guards at the reception are rude and not professional — they even shouted at me more than once. What’s worse, the supervisor also shouted at me on the phone. I’ve never seen anything like this in Dubai. There are a lot of cockroaches in the building, and nothing helps to get rid of them. It’s dirty, not safe, and very unpleasant. This is honestly the worst building in the area.

Stay far from these apartments, many faults and irrelevant administration done by stone tree agency unable to manage anything and also the faults. Overpriced for what they offered!!! Very bad customer service never synchronized with the problems and hiding the responsible behind this chaos. The apartment was not functioning from first day! Consider the attached videos before you rent there. Dubai bas so nice apartments around the area! Dubai commercial authorities should Check what’s going on there…
