The most disrespectful event of my life was at Balqis hotel residency at Palm. What was supposed to be a pleasant stay quickly turned into a distressing and disheartening experience due to the behavior of your security team and the lack of transparency about ongoing renovations at your property. Upon arrival, the security guard, Zeeshan, informed us that there was no record of our booking and refused us entry, despite us showing all relevant proof of our confirmed reservation. He was not only dismissive but also openly hostile, threatening to call the police on us without cause. This kind of treatment is deeply unsettling, particularly when our intention was simply to enjoy our stay. To further add to the distress, he even photographed our car and, shockingly, made disrespectful comments toward the women — behavior that is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Specially at THE PALM & in DUBAI. When we brought this up with the security supervisor, he did apologize on Zeeshan’s behalf, but it was clear that Zeeshan himself had no intention of showing any remorse. Instead, he continued to give us angry looks, as though we were at fault for simply trying to check into a hotel where we had a confirmed reservation. Additionally, we were not informed beforehand that the entire hotel was undergoing renovations. This lack of communication was yet another disappointment, as we were neither prepared for the noise and disruption nor given any notice that our experience would be affected. This incident has left us with a lasting negative impression of your establishment. & would never ever recommend anyone to stay there especially with families . We expected a welcoming environment and professional service, but our experience was marred by both the actions of your staff and the lack of transparency around the current state of the property. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and implement the necessary steps to improve staff behavior and ensure guests are accurately informed about conditions affecting their stay. Feeling disgusted and horrible that such hirings still happening specially in Dubai and no actions were taken at all by the management .

Great place to vacation. Located right on Palm Jumeirah. Well maintained apartments and courteous staff. Has a lovely beach if you are the beach type. Well equipped gym.

This is an accommodation review, for a change. As a family, we have lived in most areas of Dubai - Jumeira, Umm Sequim, Palm Frond and Jumeirah Park. All villas. However, in July of 2020 we decided to shift to an apartment and my wife chose Balqis Residence part of Kingdom of Sheba. The apartments are done up with the feel of an Hotel Resort living. The balconys are amazing. We are facing internally towards the Palm and the views, as in my pics, are amazing. A small walk on the beach gets you right next to the Atlantis Hotel and you can view all fireworks in peace. Obviously for New Year's Eve this location is amazing as can view JBR, Atlantis, Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa fireworks from here. Good security, good management and all round a great place to live in Dubai.
