Very unfavorable impressions of life here, the service is terrible, the rooms are dirty, poor cleaning, there is a long-term raid in the shower (I hope it wasn't a mould), there is a persistent smell of cooking in the corridors, it's not worth the money. Some reviews are obviously written to order. We had a ceiling leak for 2 months in a row, we asked for 2 months to fix it (there was a water heater), they came, twisted something and left, then they finally said that they needed to be replaced. When it was replaced, they did not calculate the dimensions and the ceiling cover was not closed. Hot water is enough only for 5-7 minutes for one person. The second water heater - water flowed from it once in the kitchen area. And there is no sound insulation so much that you have to listen to what is forbidden to watch. We lived here from August 2022 to February 2023 Block C, we had to, and then we ran away from there a month earlier - of course, the money was not returned to us.

This is an accommodation review, for a change. As a family, we have lived in most areas of Dubai - Jumeira, Umm Sequim, Palm Frond and Jumeirah Park. All villas. However, in July of 2020 we decided to shift to an apartment and my wife chose Balqis Residence part of Kingdom of Sheba. The apartments are done up with the feel of an Hotel Resort living. The balconys are amazing. We are facing internally towards the Palm and the views, as in my pics, are amazing. A small walk on the beach gets you right next to the Atlantis Hotel and you can view all fireworks in peace. Obviously for New Year's Eve this location is amazing as can view JBR, Atlantis, Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa fireworks from here. Good security, good management and all round a great place to live in Dubai.

Security Badly management for delivery Rider . To much bad 😡😡😡😡😡 Don't like and Also not good speaking security gate man . Park outside and Walk every for a block near but B Black and C block very for walk this is not good for Walker because to much hot weather not Humanity for bad 😡 Manageny . Comments our right 👍
